Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.
Bank Processing: For bank transfers and credit card payments, it may take additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Service Cancellation: You can cancel your hosting service at any time through your client area. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Automatic Renewal: Services are set to auto-renew by default. To avoid automatic renewal charges, you must cancel the service before the renewal date.
Data Backup: Before canceling your service, ensure you have backed up all your website data and files. We are not responsible for any data loss after service cancellation.
Service Downtime: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 hours continuously), you may be eligible for service credit or refund for the affected period.
Billing Errors: In case of billing errors or duplicate charges, we will promptly investigate and issue refunds if applicable.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
